Since 2004, key4events has helped organise the technical aspects of the CPLF, the French-language Pulmonology Conference. Each year, this event brings together thousands of professionals in pulmonology, including pulmonologists, nurses and physiotherapists. The 25th edition of the conference took place in a virtual format.
We used our e‑conference platform to manage, over a single day, five virtual rooms in which 140 speakers featured with a total of 650 presentations given. This was a great challenge in volume, with 500 e‑posters collected and posted on the platform and many pre-recorded and live sessions. The key4 events virtual platform helped manage the scientific programme optimally, with symposium organisers, live Q&A sessions that were especially interactive, content on demand, dedicated sponsor pages and a chat module for conference delegates.
