AFVAC has commissioned us with providing the technical support for its annual congress for a decade. Over the years, the preview, collection, and badge aspects have been supplemented by exhibitor management and the management of VIPs such as elected officials, the scientific programme, continuing education tools (CME), staging the symposia, etc.
This association was faced with having to restructure complex processes. As for badges, our solution can cope with a variety of profiles (professional, unions, associations, students, etc.), often registering using different AFVAC tools, harmonizing the files, and offering an in-situ self-printing system. It is the 1st congress to benefit from a key4events multi-label badge system !
