Because of Covid-19, the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) (International Society of Blood Transfusion) cancelled its traditional annual event in 2020, entrusting the agency MCI The Netherlands with organising a one-off virtual event. Key4events was picked to manage the e‑conference platform and assisted pre-recordings of the many presentations from speakers.
With three virtual rooms for five event days, the ISBT offered a total of 50 hours of live sessions with a high level of interaction. The platform helped fully manage the programme, the virtual exhibition zone (32 exhibitors with a dedicated file) and around 600 e‑posters collected and available upon request.
