Each year, the Swiss Academy of Ophthalmology (SAoO) organises its annual conference in March. But the pandemic forced it to switch to a digital format for 2021. The SAoO wanted to offer its 600 participants an online platform in three languages : French, English and German.
So key4events made the most of its e‑conference platform to integrate trilingual content and a simultaneous interpreting service for the event’s sessions. The programmes, media content and sessions on demand were imported into our management tool in three languages and categorised by theme. As regards live broadcasts, 37 sessions were put forward for the event and each included a simultaneous interpreting service (with interpreters working remotely too).
